What happens when the trial ends?
Your 7-day trial runs on exactly the plan you build here. A card is needed to start it and nothing is charged for 7 days. On day 7 the plan starts automatically at the price you saw. Cancel in one click in the app before then and you pay nothing: the workspace locks rather than deletes, and you can still export everything you own for 30 days.
Do seasonal workers cost extra?
They count toward your workforce band while they are with you, and they are never charged per head. Take a crew on for a season and off again, and the band is the only thing that moves.
What if we outgrow the contractor package?
The sixth person is the prompt to move up to the first workforce band. Your records, logins and web address move untouched, and nothing is re-entered.
Do prices include VAT?
No. Every price on this page excludes VAT. UK VAT at 20% is added at checkout and itemised on the invoice.
How do you invoice?
Card and direct debit are standard, monthly or annually. Invoice and bank transfer are available on enterprise terms, with a purchase order number carried onto every invoice.
Who owns the data?
You do. Every record, document and photo is exportable at any time from one place, in open formats, whether you are staying or leaving.
