Each client gets their own Oberon workspace wearing your brand and colours, so your clients see you, not us. You manage every client from one portfolio view, we bill you one monthly wholesale invoice at your discounted rate, and you charge your clients whatever you choose. The margin is yours. Set-up, hosting and updates are all handled by us.

There is no sign-up button for this. Partnerships are set up with us directly, so we can agree your wholesale terms, your branding and how many client workspaces you need before anything goes live.

Wholesale terms

You pay us a wholesale price per client workspace that falls as your portfolio grows, and add-on modules your clients switch on are billed to you at your wholesale rate too. What you charge your clients is yours to set and yours to keep.

Honest about access

Every record your staff open in a client workspace is logged, and the client can see it on their own page. Clients are told this before they are set up.

How it works

  4. 4.We invoice you once a month and you invoice your clients however you like.

What's included

  • Every client workspace runs the modules their plan carries: checks, incidents, documents, RAMS, training, calendar and the company library.
  • Your own partner portal with the portfolio view across every client you look after.
  • White-label branding per client: your logo, your colours and your web address.
  • Set-up, hosting, updates and support from us.
  • Your clients' data stays theirs, with a full export of everything available at any time.

What's not

  • No minimum term. Billing is monthly and pro-rated to the days served, so ending a client or the partnership only bills what was used.
  • No per-seat charge for the workforce. Field workers, contractors, visitors and leadership are included in every client workspace at no extra charge.
  • We do not bill your clients or go around you. One monthly wholesale invoice comes to you and the client relationship stays yours.
  • Anything beyond a client's plan is priced from the published price list, so extras are never made up deal by deal.
